Still reading and studying Quantum Leap Thinking by James J. Mapes.
It is a great book and is really getting my creative and spiritual juices flowing.
I'm in the section on values. I wonder if my values are being compromised??
Sometimes I get this really bad icky feeling. It's the opposite of a Holy Spirit Rush and can last for an hour or maybe longer. I'm going to begin to track it and see if I can figure out "what's causin' all this"!!

I have the same sometimes. I feel soooo icky. I think it's spiritual warfare. I pray against it and think of all my NUMEROUS blessings and it goes away.
